Lisciano Niccone (PG) - Lisciano Niccone (Pg). Once prepared during the course of candlelit evenings by peasant women, bringoli are a kind of rough spaghetto made using flour and water, and normally served with a meat ragout. This kind of pasta is recorded as having been made in Lisciano for centuries, right back to when the town was governed by its lords. Today visitors will be able to savour this local delicacy at the festival devoted to it, which will run from July 11th to 18th.
