Magione (PG) - Wednesday, November 20th stage a compendium of irresistible music and comedy: "Oblivion Show 2.0 - The subsidiary." With his usual elegance and irreverence, the five madrigalists postmodern tell epic stories or simple daily events continuously playing with the music. Most of the time we see them massacred famous songs and lyrics and put them back together in ways surreal, sometimes engage with virtuous exercises in style and original songs.
As with any self-respecting subsidiary are all subjects: music theory to history, to the great Italian literature where Dante and Pinocchio sing their adventures in just six minutes. Oblivion play all the time of the show, wearing the robes of innocent boy scouts now struggling with a dodgy jammer, now evoking the smoky atmosphere of the Café-Chantant. The clock is ticking with a frenetic pace between retro tunes and techno sounds.
