Narni (TR) - Saturday 29 and Sunday, June 30 many fairy tale characters will be heading in the beautiful surroundings of the town of Narni. Walking through the green countryside, you will meet the Three Little Pigs, Little Red Riding Hood, the Seven Kids and many other heroes that will liven up a two-day dedicated to children.
Aided by an intrepid group of professional puppeteers, will open a brand new puppet theater with a beautiful festival dedicated to families, two days packed with shows, games and open-air laboratories in the Centro Sportivo AS "2000" Schifanoia of Narni.
It will start on Saturday 29 where, after breaking the ice with a little 'of games and entertainment, will be staged "the Seven Kids", a show loosely based on the famous fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm, on stage puppet board, puppets, actors wolves and dancers. In the evening there will be refreshments interspersed with small sketch d 'theatrical improvisations and one fire-breathing. At the end of the evening it is the turn of "Nano Egidio, a True Story. Season One, "a series for theatrical actors, puppets, toys and garden gnomes, a staging dedicated to the greatest that mixes elements of puppetry, comedy of situation and stand up comedies.
Sunday 30 at 11.30 Ciaula discovers the moon, show inspired by the novel by Pirandello: a suitcase that turns into a mine, a moon that falls from the sky, finger puppets table and two puppeteers accompanied by many small tools, will tell the hardships and uncertainties to deal with if you want to be free.
Following the lab A Secret Cloth, a small artistic experience that will teach children how to create characters and stories starting from the simple fabric. These two activities are designed and implemented for a limited number of children.
The festival will conclude with the most classic of the shows: Little Red Riding Hood, the famous child but will not be alone in order to defeat the wolf will bring together no other than the Three Little Pigs. The event is organized under the patronage of the Municipality of Narni, from The Dwarf Egidio, a group that for years has specialized in puppetry studying, working and collaborating, both in Italy and abroad, with important members of this the theater.
