Sigillo (PG) - Sigillo (Pg). The traditional focaraccio bonfire, lit in Sigillo every year on December 9th, is intended to commemorate the ancient belief that the image of the Madonna was carried through here by Crusaders on its way from the Holy Land to Loreto.
