Narni (TR) - Now in its 44th edition, Narni's Corsa all'Anello Medieval pageant will run from April 26th to May 13th, offering the perfect opportunity for visitors to this magnificently preserved town a chance to lap up its rich history. Although reintroduced in modern times, the Corsa all'Anello is based on the festivities traditionally held for the Feast of St Juvenal - the first recorded Bishop of Narni - and which records dating from 1371 indicate as being particularly lavish. Besides the Corsa all'Anello proper, which is a joust involving considerable skill both as a rider and as a lanceman, the town will be holding many other attractions and initiatives.
