Castiglione del Lago (PG) - A project of integrated culture of publishing, music and visual arts will take place from 'September 1 to 22, in seven days and four weekends on Isola Maggiore Lake Trasimeno. The event is held in collaboration with the municipalities of Castiglione del Lago, Magione, Passignano sul Trasimeno Tuoro sul Trasimeno, with the Umbria Region and the Province of Perugia.
During the Isle of the Book come to life a real festival, with the center of the product book, set in a frame of music and visual arts, painting, sculpture and photography. An ambitious project of integrated culture, with the aim of opening dialogues stronger and stronger with the reality of our times through the powerful weapons that are reading and the printed page. During the month, there will therefore fourteen-Café Literary Encounters with the Author, three concerts and two art exhibitions: the Island of the Book will become reality.
