Montone (PG) - From July 11th to 15th Piazza Fortebraccio will be the setting for the sixteenth edition of the Umbria Film Festival, which this year will feature also the Umbriametraggi section of short films for children. An anticipation of the festival, which is run by Vanessa Strizzi and Marisa Berna, will take place on July 8th and 9th on the Giglio island.
Among the most anticipated presentations at this year's festival there is Appartamento ad Atene, by Ruggero Di Paola and starring Laura Morante. Jean-Loup Felicioli's and Alain Gagnol's Une vie de chat will receive its Italian premiere. The Teatro Lirico Sperimentale and the Filarmonica Braccio Fortebraccio will be holding the opening and closing concerts of the festival.
