Castiglione del Lago (PG) - Will start in February, the training course for volunteers sponsored by The Snowdrop non-profit organization, which fights eating disorders. The training process is open to a maximum of 15 participants willing to undertake voluntary activity at 3 imminent opening of counseling centers in the province of Perugia.
During the lessons, held by the psychologist and psychotherapist Lucia Magionami will explain the techniques of defusing and debriefing as essential moments of sharing and supervision in the helping relationship, the volunteers will also show you how to get in touch with emotional difficulties and how to overcome any anxieties and uncertainties in relating to people in need.
Five, overall, the meetings scheduled to be held in Castiglione del Lago on 1 and 15 February, the 1st and March 22 and April 5. Volunteers are also asked to provide support in the management of the FB group "The Snowdrop".
