As part of the celebrations to mark the 50th anniversary of its founding, the Amici di Spoleto association will present reproductions of the Lex Spoletina - a stone slab dating from the 2nd century BC, with inscriptions concerning the protection of the sacred woods around the city - to three of the institutions that supported its beginnings in 1960: the
Banca Popolare di Spoleto, the Cassa di Risparmio di Spoleto and the Fondazione Festival dei Due Mondi. The same award will also be presented to the Associazione Aglaia and the Giovanni Polvani cultural association at the ceremony scheduled to take place on October 2nd in the Chiostro di San Nicolò, 10am.
