Marsciano (PG) - Open the call for the city of Marsciano Creativity Award, 2013: There's no time until 31 July 2013 to submit applications for participation. The City of Marsciano, in collaboration with the Cooperative Wave and the Association Magma, announces the sixth edition of the town of Marsciano Creativity, initiative within the programming of the ninth edition of the festival Marsciano Art Young, to be held in September 2013, and dedicated the expressive abilities of young artists.
As usual, in this edition is expected the final exhibition of the selected works at the Museum of dynamic Brick and Terracotta Marsciano from 1 to 15 September, a period that will overlap in part with the ninth edition of the festival Marsciano Art Young 2013.
Creativity Award City of Marsciano is an invitation to young artists to express their creative skills and innovation, with the wonder and enthusiasm of those who knows how to capture the unexpected and embarks on a journey of personal artistic research. The jury will take into account the originality of the proposal, and of completion of the research achievement of an artistic personality self. It participates in the competition with a single work, belonging to one of the following categories: painting, sculpture, installations, video art, photography. The competition is free and aimed at people who have not completed their 36th year of age on the date of expiry.
The competition consists of a single area called "Visual Arts" divided into the following categories: painting, sculpture, installations, video art, photography. In addition to cash prizes, 1st Prize 2nd Prize € 500 and € 250, third prize this year will be given the opportunity to present a solo set up in the exhibition halls of the Museum dedicated dynamic brick and terracotta. Finally, the very young, there is a special prize "Exchange copyright", a gift from an artist who has participated in previous editions of the competition.
