LA VOICE THE SCARZUOLA
A music that reveals the hermeticism of the city Buzzi
Saturday, June 15, 2013, at 18, the Scarzuola citadel sealed by Tomaso Buzzi located near Montegiove (TR), will be held on site-specific concert event entitled The Voice of Scarzuola. A key to interpreting the city's musical Buzzi, organized by the Assisi Sacred Sound in collaboration with the FUA Umbra Foundation for Architecture
The show, in the form of a traveling concert will take place in five places for the body of the Scarzuola, each in perfect architectural harmony with the songs that will be performed.
The maestro Andrea Ceccomori, a versatile flutist who has attended international and embodied settings Stockhausen on improvisation and intuitive music, founder of Assisi Sacred Sound has always been interested in the links between music, spirituality and the environment, especially for the Scarzuola realizes, together with the bassist Daniel Roccato, a musical performance site-specific consonant to it, and interpret their meanings and symbolic alchemical using the different propagation of sound present in the five chosen places.
Creator of the texts that accompany the unfolding of the path, narrator of the weave, as well as director of the entire show, it is the architectural historian Marco Nicoletti, passionate student of buzziano masterpiece, author of the only existing monograph on the monument, which will reveal the hidden meanings through an unusual key of interpretation related to the correspondence between music and architecture. A special focus on those matches will be played by U.S. architect Aleandro Esteban Cruz, one of the greatest scholars of the mysterious world Hypnetotomachia Poliphili, the controversial text renaissance that led to the inspiration of Scarzuola.
