Orvieto (TR) - New live for Bengi after the release of "Face to Soul," the album that marks his debut as a soloist, accompanied by the single "Beautiful Sunset". The 'event is scheduled for Sunday, May 25th from 18:00 to Rocca Ripesena at The Farm Palazzone Orvieto, on the occasion of "Open Cellars". The event is free admission and closes the day of wine tasting scheduled from 11:00.
The concert Bengi is pure "musical modernism", a journey to rediscover the roots of the Italian Soul. In addition to excerpts from "Soul to Take," the artist offers an elegant repertoire of original songs of the 60s, 70s and 80s, finding the original translations in Italian classics from the American black music and telling also curious anecdotes relating to the period of Italian pop music (it is not by chance that the presence of a mangiadischi on stage together with 45 historical tours).
It 'just out of the CD reissue of "Take from soul" which includes some new features such as the inclusion of bonus tracks VANONI REMIX (WITH SELTZ) and the Italian version of HOW DEEP IS YOUR LOVE Bee Gees sung at the end of 70 years from Peppino di Capri and the Prophets titled PAPER FLOWER.
