Bastia Umbra (PG) - The Association Choir "City of Bastia" presents the 4th National Festival "City of Bastia," which will be held in Bastia Umbra, at the Church of St. Croce, in Piazza Mazzini, and this year will host prestigious choirs, an Umbrian and outside the region for the evenings of 19 and 20 October.
It starts on October 19, at 18, with children's choirs and youth: the Aurora Choir of Bastia Umbra, directed by Stefania Piccardi and accompanied on piano by Cristina Capano, will welcome the Children's Choir of the Conservatory F. Morlacchi, directed by Marta Ruiz Pupils with Stefano Pini on the piano. Will conclude the evening the carminis Cantores Puegnago del Garda (BS), accompanied on the piano by Monica Cipani and directed by its founder, Ennio Bertolotti, experienced group of folk songs, secular, religious and sacred, of different styles and periods that participated in numerous exhibitions in the context of important events of both a local and national level.
On 20 October at 18:00 Choir City of Bastia Bastia Umbra, directed by Piero Caraba, will open the evening that guests will see the singers of the Schola Gregoriana Assisiensis of Assisi, vocal ensemble directed by P. Maurice Green OFM format only male voices, professionals in different areas of music, the evening will also participate in the Youth Choir Lavinium Anzio (RM), a group of young music fans, led by Fabrizio Vestri, which since its founding carries a dense activity concert in Lazio and in Italy, participating assiduously in choral festivals and winning awards in events and competitions.
