Foligno (PG) - The School of Mountaineering Intersectional Umbra "Giulio Vagniluca" offers in the months of August to September 2013 all members of the Italian Alpine Club, an advanced high level rock climbing (AR1).
The course will begin on August 28, 2013 at 21 at the headquarters of the Italian Alpine Club Foligno, lectures will be divided into 8 and 6 days of mountain activities, provided on days 1 September in a cliff umbromarchigiano Apennines, 6 - September 7 to 8 (Rosengarten) September 21 to 22 (Gran Sasso).
The AR1 course is aimed at all those who have gained some experience of mountaineering activity (similar to that provided in a basic course in A1, AG1, AL1) and wish to learn the skills necessary to practice the activity of rock climbing.
The course includes teaching, through both theoretical and practical lessons in the environment, the basics to be able to deal with reasonable safety climbing rock types. Object of teaching will then be the foundation of rock climbing and progression techniques in safety on long routes, the assessment of the difficulties and dangers of climbing.
To enroll you must be a member of the CAI and send an e-mail to the Secretary of the School of booking Enrico Pascolini (didolo1@alice.it) by July 26. The maximum number of students will be 12 units, all members are invited to the opening of the course where they will be provided with the names accepted. The participation fee amounts to € 200. By way of advance € 50 must be paid by July 26, simultaneously with the booking of the course. The course will be conducted by instructors Moravio of Gaia (IA) and Mirco Ranocchia (IA).
