Perugia (PG) - On February 10th at 9.30pm the Ostello della Gioventù in Via Cortonese will be hosting a conference given by teachers who work in the state schools of the Scampia district of Naples, which over the years has risen to notoriety as one of the areas with the highest crime rates in Italy.
