Perugia (PG) - Perugia, loc. S. Martino in Campo. Intended also as a festival of local farming traditions, the scartocciatura derives from the act of peeling the dry leaves off the corn and is believed to bring good luck for next year's harvest. San Martino in Campo will be bringing the tradition alive from August 27th to September 5th.
