Orvieto (TR) - The event will take place at the June 13 to 15, 2014, on the occasion of Corpus Christi, includes two major events in the splendid Piazza del Duomo: the MEDIEVAL FESTIVAL with the Chess Game Characters in Living in period costume between the City of Orvieto and the City of Marostica - which also participate in the flag-waving of the districts and villages Fiorentini - SACRED DRAMA and the representation of the Miracle of the Holy Corporal Joseph R. Baiocco, by anonymous fourteenth century.
Another novelty of this second edition is the play "Living Stones" on the figures of Bonaventure and Thomas Aquinas. The show will be represented in the basement of the Cathedral of Orvieto from 6 to 8, 15 and 19 to 22 June. A representation through images and text, as the path of approach to the Eucharistic Miracle and the extraordinary story of that building is the Cathedral of Orvieto, the tabernacle was born to guard the Sacred Corporal.
