Assisi (Pg). The New Choral Singers from Malta will be presenting a concert of Sacred Music at the Basilica Superiore of San Francesco in Assisi on Saturday 28th August, 2010 at 9.00pm.
The concert is being held under the patronage of H.M.E.H. Fra' Matthew Festing, Prince and Grand master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta.
Amongst other works the programme includes the Magnificat by Antonio Vivaldi, the haunting Ave Verum by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and an Ave Maria attributed to Tomas Louis De Victoria. Entrance is free of charge.
