Nocera Umbra (PG) - From July 8th to 29th Nocera will be bringing back to life its magnificent past as an important Longobard settlement with Luglio Longobardo. All kinds of activities and amusements have been scheduled, from recreations of everyday life at the time of the Longobards to exhibitions, banquets and more. Considered by a number of Latin historians to be "fiercer than the fiercest Germanic tribes", recent historical evidence has illustrated that in fact the Longobards were a highly advanced and sophisticated civilisation.
