Foligno (PG) - Colfiorito (PG). A bike tour of the historical and archaeological sites of Colfiorito has been scheduled for May 22nd, starting from the Basilica of Plestia and moving onto the remains of the Roman city of the same name, then to Fonte delle Mattinate to admire the remarkable 15th century drainage systems built by the Varano lords of Camerino to prevent the flooding of the rich agricultura lands in the area. Much of the underground galleries have now been restored and are open to the public.
