Gubbio (PG) - The 30th of October, the XXXII edition of the truffle of Gubbio, the exposure of the world's most famous underground fungus that will fill the streets of the beautiful Umbrian city of aromas, flavors and colors. Five days of the fair, which will close its doors Sunday, November 3 and take you into town cooking workshops, tasting tables, show cooking, moments of entertainment and fine dining.
For 32 years now the All Saints in Gubbio is synonymous with Truffle Exhibition: there are many new features coming to the 2013 edition, which will be marked this year by the tradition of this fair, the quality of the guests, the products on display and events, designed to marry the best combination of the territory and food.
