Città di Castello (PG) - Back in the city the 'Festival of Cozza'. The Company Rionale St. James led by President Gregory Granci once again, in the days since Wednesday 24 to Sunday 28 July, the traditional event that from the mid-60s had been a fixture for the summer of Tifernati.
Each evening will run a food stand that will churn out many specialties of fish, many of which are based on the delicious mollusk. The ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Mayor Luciano Wand will be Wednesday 24 at 19.30. The evening will continue with a race trump.
Thursday, 25 will be the 'DJ Lory B & Friends' to make everyone dance to the rhythm of the most listened to "world music". Friday will be the turn of 'Ef Gee Bis', with a revival of music from the '80s to today.
The last two evenings will be dedicated to the lovers of dance with the orchestra show 'The Alternative' who will be performing on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 will be dancing to the rhythm of the orchestra 'Triband'. In the afternoon of Sunday 28 there will be a parade of the archers and will run the Palio di San Giacomo with the crossbow manesca.
