For the entire month of August and right up to September 5th, Orvieto's Palazzo del Gusto - in the former Convent of San Giovanni - will be hosting this year's edition of the "Cantine alla Ribalta - Chef alla Ribalta wine and food event, with tastings and special dinners scheduled both at the Palazzo itself and in a number of restaurants around town.
