Tuoro sul Trasimeno (PG) - Isola Maggiore increasingly "island of the arts" thanks to Music for Sunset. The festival of "sound suggestions at sunset," which returns for its fourth edition June 18 to 22. The days of Music for Sunset are designed and organized by Umbra Music Auteur in collaboration with the MusicalBox Events. Music for Sunset is an event that through music and wants to celebrate the Isola Maggiore and all forms of life that inhabit: the water of Lake Trasimeno animals of the nature reserve.
In this event all the elements of nature become an active part of the musical performances, literary, animations and aquatic installations of lighting.
Nestled in the splendor of the setting sun and the moon rise over the lake, seen both from the Island Maggiore, in the charm of the twilight, in the evening breeze and relief in the magic of the notes, words and visions, the audience watches to unique events of their kind. The project "Music for sunset", in fact, involves the interaction of different forms of art that revolve around the heart of the initiative: the sound environment of the island accompanied by literary interventions.
The grace and beauty of the picturesque natural setting of the island Maggiore Lake Trasimeno, is made available to artists and well beyond the simplistic notion of "location". In fact, using these natural environments in terms of value in use, as simple places to make a concert, it's a simplistic solution and unable to make the most of so much natural beauty. With "Music for sunset" changing perspective: the ratio of use of the art on the places you go to the harmonization of the artistic experience with the natural environment.
