Bastia Umbra (Pg). The Città di Bastia choir will be closing its season of recitals on July 1st at 9pm in Piazza Umberto I with a concert entitled “A cor gentil…”. Part of the Bastia Estate Insieme 2010 programme of events, the choir will be conducted by Roberto Tofi and accompanied on the piano by Filippo Farinelli and Cristina Manfroni. The programme will be entirely devoted to the theme of love, with music by Di Lasso, Monteverdi, Marenzio, Arcadelt, Orff, Lauridsen, Brahms and… The Beatles!
