Orvieto (Tr). From March 12th to April 25th Palazzo dei Sette (Corso Cavour) will be running a series of photography exhibitions that constitute this year's edition of Orvieto Fotografia. A number of established Italian and international photographers will be displaying their work, with the theme of this year's photography festival revolving around two apparently contraditory values: tradition/innovation and research/experimentation.
Among the exhibitions scheduled there will also be a more 'socially aware' show focussing on China, with shots taken by several members of FIOF in collaboration with the work carried out in the country's health sector by Emergency. These works will be auctioned off on April 24th, with the proceeds sent in support of the Goderich pediatric centre in Sierra Leone.
