Monteleone d'Orvieto (Tr). From August 5th to 16th Monteleone will be alive with a myriad of summer events and entertainments, from the Rimpatriata celebrations of returning émigrés to the Umbrichelli festival, shows, fun for kids, music, dancing and more. On the 16th the Palio del Giglio pageant will pitch the town’s two districts against one another in a thrilling contest to win the coveted victory banner. Fireworks will follow at 11pm.
