Authors, novels, literary figures in the table are four appointments with the culture in the kitchen by Alberto Sorbini, with the advice of Valter Ferrero and culinary chefs in the Gourmet Cafe Bioo Barbara Grima. Appointment with Gadda for February 28, at the Bioo Gourmet Cafe Palazzo della Penna-Center for Contemporary Culture.
With Gadda and his "Pasticciaccio" (Friday, February 28th, 20.30), we enter the Roman cuisine which combines the popular dishes that see the triumph of the less noble parts of beef and Jewish influences still present in many preparations. Here too we find the smells and even the smells of the local markets.
