Orvieto (TR) - The historic center of one of the most beautiful cities of Umbria will be for four days an irresistible ice cream outdoors with the second edition of "The Ice Cream of Italy", the festival dedicated to craft the most delicious desserts that will be held in Orvieto from '1 to 4 May.
The event promotes tourism and taste, offering a showcase to the Italian tradition of the artisan gelato and the beauty of Umbria.
The tasting ice cream will be the absolute protagonists of the program of the event, with palaces, squares and extraordinary views of Orvieto that will be the backdrop to an ideal journey through the flavors of the peninsula, open to the participation of all the fans thanks to the preparation of variety gluten-free ice cream.
Forty professional ice cream makers in duelleranno skill to make 20 flavors typical of the 20 Italian regions in the laboratory in view of the Palazzo del Popolo prepared by Carpigiani, the largest ever made in Umbria.
