Cascia (PG) - From 9 to 11 August 2013 reaches its fifth edition "AESTIVUM", the Exhibition of Summer Truffle and Rose. There will be two days of full-immersion into the summer truffle, the product par excellence of the Nera Valley. Spotlight especially its collection and storage, not to mention the methods of use in the kitchen. But the exhibition will also be on Rosehip flower widespread in the valley and that often is in the same environments, the truffle, the tuber aestivum, commonly called Scorzone.
In the historical center of the town will be set up booths for the sale of the best local products linked to the agri (such as saffron, lentils and spelled), with particular and obvious presence of exhibitors truffles. The benches, located between Piazza Garibaldi, Piazza Mario Magrelli and Piazza San Francesco.
