Perugia (PG) - During the Retro Film Festival, 2014, among the many activities on offer, the Kine Lab - Cinematography Creative (second edition) will organize Workshops filmmaking. The workshops will be organized in collaboration with the Italian Institute of Design, and will be held April 22 to 27, 2014. The intent is to bring young film lovers in the City of Perugia at the film medium.
Not only to see the film and learn how the Retro Film Festival four years ago, but involving the participants in a more active and practice of "making-movies."
LESSONS
The workshop will be divided into theoretical and practical lessons / filming / editing.
The first will provide the basics of film language and concepts needed to give some practical work. The practical part will cover the creation of a real short film, with shooting in the streets of the historic center of Perugia.
The edited video will be presented in the final evening of the Festival April 27 or on a date to be fixed after the event.
The lectures (8 hours) plus the practical lessons and shooting (12 hours) will be a workshop of 20 hours in total, which will be organized in the six days of the festival, each day from 16:00 to 18:00 at TANGRAM DESIGN ( Via B.Bonfigli) and some mornings for the practical lessons to be discussed with members.
REGISTRATION
The courses are aimed at all young people under 30 who will present the request for registration no later than March 31, while seats available (up to 20) via email retrofilmfestival@gmail.com
If requests exceed the available places will be the organization of the Workshop reserves the ability to create multiple work groups other than those provided in relation to the organic staff.
THEME
The issue is that the groups will delve into that of "Cinema in the City", that the visions and stories that citizens may travel or live in a city like Perugia. Summarize some of the issues chosen by the participants themselves, in a short film for 5 min to understand the many facets of the city.
