Terni (TR) - The Municipality of Terni, Department of Culture, BCT, and Archeological Museum System Carsulae, Department of Toponymy and Department for Equal Opportunities, Fnism-Terni, support the initiative of Toponymy and female Fnism, proposing in the schools of his district Contest "On the streets of equality" which will be divided into two categories: local and national.
Each class, or working group, identify a location with the intent to reposition women in historical and cultural context of the area in which the school is located, which has as its theme the streets and any other
witness or reminder of the significant female presence in the territory. The
practice to promote a type of instruction that includes the
awareness and genuine participation of students and school students
secondary to the creation of a conducive learning paths directed.
The group will draw the path and identify, within it, a space
public (street, garden, round ...), that does not yet have its own chief and unique header (eg, bar library, alley, public garden ...), to be entitled to a female figure particularly worthy. The proposal will be accompanied by iconographic repertoire that
help you locate the chosen space.
The two selections, local and national, are absolutely mutually independent and groups can freely choose whether to participate with their drawn to one or both.
