The exhibition entitled "Il Prestigio dell'Oro", featuring a remarkable collection of Etruscan and Roman pieces of jewellery largely unearthed in digs around Perugia and in Umbria, will run at the Museo Archeologico Nazionale dell'Umbria until July 31st. Among the highlights is a crown of gold olive leaves, on show for the first time at this museum, which dates from the 4th century BC and was discovered in Perugia in the early 20th century.
